LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF EXPENDITURE FROM CAPITAL RESERVE FUND FOR PURCHASE OF NEW FIRE EQUIPMENT HALFMOON-WATERFORD FIRE DISTRICT NO. 1

NOTICE is hereby given by the Halfmoon-Waterford Fire District No. 1, towns of Halfmoon and Waterford, Saratoga County, New York that

  1. The fire district adopted on May 13, 2019 a resolution to expend from its equipment Reserve Fund the sum not to exceed $10,000.00 towards the cost of new fire equipment.
  2. The aforementioned resolution was adopted subject to a permissive referendum in accordance with General Municipal Law Section 6-g.
